We are happy to announce that after being a loyal and dedicated lawyer of Goldman Sloan Nash & Haber LLP for seven and a half years, Lydia Y. Pilch has become a partner at the firm.
We are also proud to announce that Lydia is the first woman lawyer to make partner at the firm.

Lydia is the Chief Privacy Officer for the firm and practices in the areas of corporate/commercial, real estate/leasing, and information technology law.
In commercial leasing matters, Lydia represents tenants and landlords in connection with retail, office and industrial leases, whether acting on behalf of large, national organizations or small and mid-sized operations. She regularly handles matters such as lease drafting and negotiation, formulation and structuring of commercial agreements and transactions, as well as asset and share acquisition/disposition.
With respect to her information technology practice, Lydia has particular experience acting on behalf of public, private, and non-profit organizations in connection with privacy compliance and information management, software and intellectual property licensing, Internet-based agreements, and telecommunications matters. Lydia also acts as the firm’s Chief Privacy Officer.
