GSNH introduces a tax practice group with the addition of Brian Nichols.
Brian will serve as Chair of the firm’s new Tax group. Prior to joining GSNH, Brian was a founding partner of a boutique commercial firm after practicing at two leading national law firms.
He represents clients on issues relating to income tax disputes; tax and estate planning; family business succession; shareholder agreements and disputes; amalgamations and other corporate reorganisations; the purchase and sale of corporations or their businesses; and employee buyouts. Brian is experienced in dealing with both the tax and commercial aspects of these issues.
Brian’s outstanding reputation and 30 plus years of experience as a leader in the tax law sector is a tremendous asset to the firm and adds exceptional strength to our corporate, commercial and real estate practices.
