John McKeown

A recent decision of the Supreme Court of Canada considered the issue of when a substantial part of a work has been reproduced as well as when a defendant should be ordered to disgorge the profits it made as result of the infringement. On both points the Court adopted and applied quotations from John McKeown’s book on Copyright law.
